January 2026 Windsor Market Report

 In January, Windsor saw a 43.8% decrease in sales from the previous year and a 34.7% decrease in total volume. However, the median sale rose 12.3% and the average sale rose 16.1% from last year. The days on market was 2 fewer than the previous year.
